Who said three minds are better than one?
To be honest, I cannot remember any of my previous group experiences. I suppose that I have just hidden those bad memories in the back of my mind. I mean, who wants to recollect on frustrating times? Remember the good times and forget the bad I suppose. I do know that I have learned to despise group projects from past experiences; not that I can remember specific projects or what the capacity of the project was. I do know that there is always a leader that progresses quickly and some may like the idea of this person being the leader because it takes the pressure off them, or they hate it because this person is supposedly out to dismiss every idea you have.
Groups are specifically hard to deal with when in high school or college. Sure, when you are 7-years-old you have all the time in the world. You have hours after school before you have to be home for super or weekends are always open. How far can you go with your bike anyway? In high school people have after school and weekend jobs, and college people are either taking on seven classes a semester or have part-time, possibly full-time jobs.
Groups at this age are difficult because people have refined opinions and hard schedules; nothing ever gets done smoothly.
